The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all products provided by Play Grnd Design.

General Terms + Conditions

• 3-5 day processing time. Up to 7 day processing time during sale and holiday periods.

• Order cannot be changed after order confirmation

• No refund due to customer sizing errors. Sizing is customer’s responsibility.

• Incorrect shipping address cannot be changed after order is sent out. If sent to the wrong address customer must pay $5 for the order to be reshipped.

• Play Grnd Design is not responsible for shipping carrier errors, once the order is scanned into the carriers system it is no longer Play Grnd Design responsibility.

• No returns or exchanges

• Standard order is 10 nails per set

• Order must be purchased by end of the same day or the spot will be given to the next person in line

Shipping 

​

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If the provided address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and Quotation

The placement of an order for design and/or any other services offered by Play Grnd Design, by email, verbally or in writing, is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are freely available at www.playspacegrnd.com.

An estimate validated by the customer’s signature on the estimate or quotation form, or by email, constitutes acceptance of the estimate or quotation and agreement to comply fully with all the Terms and Conditions and forms a Contract for Business between the signatory and Play Grnd Design.
